In order to provide reliable answers to citizens’ questions related to
Covid-19 in Latvia, a virtual assistant was developed and trained. Chatbot provides trustworthy information about the disease, its symptoms and the actions to be taken to prevent getting infected among other important questions that people are asking at the time. Virtual Assistant responses use information only from secure and verified sources.
Chatbot was created in joined partnership with leading European language technology company Tilde and Tet, Latvia’s largest national telecommunications operator, technology and entertainment company.
